Xerox to layoff employees in product research, engineering

Some Xerox employees in product research and engineering will receive pink slips today.
Xerox previously stated in its 4th quarter earnings report that there would be some restructuring in the first quarter of 2012 – these layoffs are part of that
A spokesperson said while every position effected is significant, the numbers are small in relationship to its 140,000 global employees.
