Richard Pierson Reemerges Onto Boxing Scene With Devastating KO

Last night middleweight prospect Richard Pierson returned to action following nearly a two-year layoff, and reemerged back onto the boxing scene in an impressive fashion. At the end of the first round, Pierson (10-2, 7 KO), caught Anibal Acevedo (13-9-1, 11 KO) with a solid right hand to the ribs, and upon the bell sounding signify the end of the round, Acevedo laid out on the canvas and was unable to continue. continue
